Answer: Sure, no problem……however, you know that caffeine is a drug and charcoal will adsorb it…. 🙂 Activated charcoal will adsorb most drugs so if you are on any medications you need to run it by your doctor and or pharmacist before taking. Also, charcoal does not work well in the presence of milk so if you add milk or cream to your beverage I would not recommend it (non dairy creamer or nut milks would work). Hope this helped.
